Do not approve the OSU “Disaster†Plan! Why?
1. Standard for eminent domain not met. Where is benefit to State residents that offsets hardship by Stillwater residents?
2. In what sports is OSU not competitive? Men’s BBall? Wrestling? Equestrian? Even this football season has been a fluke compared to recent years. OSU sports are competitive.
3. Viability of Will Rogers Elementary – both tax base and student base.
4. Loss of affordable housing close to campus.
5. Restricted E-W traffic flow on Hall of Fame and McElroy.
6. OSU may have the legal right to do this, but it is unethical and immoral.
